1. Performance-driven mindset

You’ll possess a strong commitment to enhancing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). This role underscores the pivotal responsibility of optimising campaigns consistently to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.

2. Technical proficiency

You’ll have significant technical knowledge in overseeing PPC campaigns, showcasing paid marketing performance in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads). You’ll have experience utilising analytics tools such as GA4 and Data Studio for comprehensive tracking and reporting of campaign performance.

3. Client communication and strategy

You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills in liaising with clients, understanding their objectives, and translating them into actionable PPC strategies. You’ll showcase the ability to provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends to enhance clients' digital marketing efforts and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PPC Manager or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of paid media techniques, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in PPC tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
